• Returns are accepted within 2 days of delivery.

• Items must be:

  • In their original packaging with tags intact

  • Free from damage, stains, or odors

• Products on sale or discount

• Items that are used, washed, or altered

• Accessories, undergarments, or hygiene-sensitive items

• Returns requested after 2 days of delivery

🔁 How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at babasadgamingff@gmail.com with your Order ID and reason for return.

2. Attach photos/videos showing the item’s condition (if defective/wrong item).

3. Our support team will review your request and share return instructions.

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Please ensure the package is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.

💸 Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.
